Meet The "Myopia" Creators
Richard Dent:
In addition to writing comics, the Ringo-nominated writer has won accolades for his screenwriting from The Austin Film Festival, Francis Ford Coppola and Nichols screenwriting competitions. He lives in Los Angeles and teaches Creative Writing at Cal State Los Angeles and in the National University MFA program.
Patrick Berkenkotter:
Patrick has been a comic book penciler for Marvel Comics’ Avengers/Invaders, The Torch and Dynamite Entertainment’s Project Superpowers, Christmas Special 2010, Red Sonja (covers and interiors), and Vampirella. He has also provided covers for Dynamite’s Athena, Warlord of Mars, and Dejah Thores.
Taylor Esposito:
Taylor Esposito is a comic book lettering professional, owner of Ghost Glyph Studios, and a teacher at the legendary Kubert School. A former staff letterer at DC and production artist at Marvel.
Ronilson Freire:​
Born on the island of Sao Luis in the Northeast of Brazil and with over ten years of experience in the international comics market, Ronilson has worked for several publishers in the U.S., Canada, England, France, and Asia. His significant works include Green Hornet, Vampirella, and The Avenger for Dynamite. He has also worked on the series Ninjack (Valiant), Call of Duty (Activision), Doctor Who, and Wolfenstein (Titan). Ronilson has illustrated scripts by writers including Mark Waid, Grant Morrison, Nancy A Collins, Stephen Bissette, Peter Milligan, Christophe Bec, and Dan Watters. He is currently the designer of the steampunk series Promethee Alfa (Delcourt Soleil).
Mohan:
Mohan is a comic book colorist who has worked on hundreds of best-selling comic books, including Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files, Elvira, Patricia Briggs’s Alpha Omega, Dean Koontz’s Frankenstein, Grumpy Cat, Kiss, and Patricia Brigg’s Mercy Thompson.
Vinicius Andrade:
Vinicius is a comic book colorist who has worked on hundreds of best-selling comic books, including Red Sonja, Witchblade, Invaders Now, Project Superpowers, Army of Darkness, and Battlestar Galactica.
